DESCRIPTION:The Doberan Monastery Days are being held under the heading “NIGHBARE LOVE AND CHARITY IN THE CISTERCIAN MONASTERY”. The basic Christian concern of\ncharity is expressed in the Cistercian monastery in the proverbial hospitality and care of the poor and sick. DESCRIPTION:Ponds and their pond keepers have a long tradition in the Waldviertel. This is why Waldviertel carp pond farming is now a World Agricultural Heritage Site.  \nTogether with the two pond rangers Irene Lüdemann and Patricia Ernstbrunner\, learn more about the tasks of a pond keeper and the tasks of the pond itself for the diversity of animals\, plants and the climate. \nThis workshop is funded by Interreg Austria – Czech Republic in the project “Cisterscapes – VB-Zw-ZnS”. \nThe meeting point is at the bus stop on the thoroughfare\, opposite the new school building.
