SUMMARY:Day excursion to the Ebrach monastery landscape with a short hike
DESCRIPTION:Max. 25 persons  \nManagement Dr. Rosa Karl \nMeeting point: 10 a.m. in the Upper Abbey Garden (top terrace) in front of the Orangery.\nEnd: 5 p.m. \nTravel to Ebrach on your own. \nCultural mediator Dr. Rosa Karl explains the information center and interesting facts about the site during a tour. Sturdy shoes are required for the subsequent guided hike over the Handthalgrund into the forest and back over the Weiherseen lakes (walking time approx. 1.5 hours). If someone does not feel up to the hike\, they can also take part in the program in Ebrach in their own car and drive to lunch. The films in the information center offer an opportunity to bridge the gap.    \nThere is a refreshment stop at the treetop walk in the local restaurant. \nIn the afternoon we visit the church and the imperial hall. \nAt the end\, there will be in-depth discussions over coffee and cake in the Upper Abbey Garden.
