To mark the award of the European Heritage Label to the Altenberg monastery landscape, we are organizing a monastery market together with the Rheinisch-Bergisch district, the municipality of Odenthal and the Verschönerungs- und Kulturverein Altenberg e.V., which reflects the life and work as well as the cuisine of the Cistercians and at the same time provides good entertainment for young and old.
