NATURpur tour: In the footsteps of the Cistercians I

The rule of the Waldsassen monastery had a significant influence on regional development, not least by making existing structures its own.

Hidden in the landscape you will discover traces of pre-monastic settlement, of simply fortified places of an already existing settlement area.

Duration: approx. 4 – 5 hours, approx. 13 km, 120 mH

The hikes require sturdy footwear, sure-footedness and a good basic level of fitness as well as clothing suitable for the weather. Drinks and a small snack are recommended along the way. In dangerous weather conditions, the respective hike or guided tour is canceled. Participation in all events is at your own risk.
