Cultural mediator Dr. Rosa Karl explains the information center and interesting facts about the site during a tour. Sturdy shoes are required for the subsequent guided hike over the Handthalgrund into the forest and back over the Weiherseen lakes (walking time approx. 1.5 hours). If someone does not feel up to the hike, they can also take part in the program in Ebrach in their own car and drive to lunch. The films in the information center offer an opportunity to bridge the gap.

There is a refreshment stop at the treetop walk in the local restaurant.

In the afternoon we visit the church and the imperial hall.

At the end, there will be in-depth discussions over coffee and cake in the Upper Abbey Garden. In bad weather, this can also be done in the meeting room…

The fee is €19 per person; the price includes the guided tour by Dr. Rosa Karl and an entrance fee of €6 (for the church and the tour of the staircase and the Kaisersaal).
