Inspired by Nature

| €5,00In this contemporary art exhibition, visitors encounter two distinct aspects of Ulrike Donié’s work. On the one hand, there are the large-format paintings. They resemble underwater worlds or reflections; some even bring to mind the “primordial soup” of all life. In contrast, the installations depict a natural world in which humans have clearly left their mark. Humans have subjugated the Earth and are now confronted with the consequences. To illustrate these profound changes to nature caused by humans, Donié deliberately uses a man-made material: polyethylene.
